Can it possibly be? Another year has quietly slipped away and it is once again time to taste the delights being offered during Hershey’s Restaurant week..
Those who have attended this event in the past look forward with anticipation to what this year’s food trends will be and those who have never experienced it may wonder what it’s all about.
This is a chance for innovative restaurateurs to do what they do best..tantalize our taste buds with new flavors and food combinations. A quick scan of some of the menus showed some enticing offerings: braised beef cheeks, smoked rainbow trout bruschetta, Groff’s sausage and shrimp jambalaya, lager braised elk sausage, poblano and smoked tomato quesadillas and lamb meatballs with mint and peas. The only difficulty we see is choosing which restaurant and which menu to sample..
When: Saturday, March 14, 2015 – Friday, March 20, 2015
Cost: Choose from a $15 two-course lunch or a $30 three-course dinner
